Job Title: CNC operators

We are seeking skilled 5 CNC Machinists/Operators to join our team on the 2nd or 3rd shifts. You will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety

• Set up and operate 5 and 3 axis machines, cutters, and tools to produce precision parts.
• Calculate dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers or calipers.
• Machine parts to specifications and ensure product conformance.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
• Measure, examine, or test completed parts to check for defects.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
• Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition.
• Study sample parts, blueprints, or drawings to determine product conformance.
• Diagnose machine tool malfunctions and recommend adjustments or repairs.
• Fit and assemble fixtures and cutters for customer products.
• Dispose of scrap or waste material according to company policies.
• Evaluate machining procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency.

• Effective communication skills in speaking and writing.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and operation monitoring.
• Quality control analysis and troubleshooting skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience running 3, 4, and 5 axis machines preferred.
• Experience with Mazak, Haas, and Fanuc controls is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Verisurf Inspection Software and CNC programming.

Work in a state-of-the-art machine shop environment, focused on aerospace, space exploration, and military projects. Our 2nd shift operates Monday through Thursday from 4:15pm to 2:45am, and our 3rd shift runs Friday through Sunday from 4am to 4:30pm. New employees undergo 6-8 weeks of training before transitioning to their designated shifts.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
