What You'll Do
As a Dishwasher, you'll help keep our kitchen and dining operations running smoothly by ensuring dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for use. Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing, scrubbing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen equipment by hand or using commercial dish machines
- Collecting and transporting soiled tableware to the dish room
- Properly storing clean and sanitized items
- Delivering clean dishes and supplies to dining areas
- Monitoring and recording dish machine temperatures and sanitizer levels
- Cleaning and maintaining the dish machine daily
- Keeping the dish room, kitchen, storage areas, and walk-in refrigerators clean, organized, and safe
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- Handling trash and recycling appropriately
- Interacting warmly and respectfully with Residents
- Collaborating positively with fellow team members
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is reliable, professional, and takes pride in supporting a high-quality dining experience.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- A dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to work evenings, every other weekend, and some holidays
- The ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- 2-3 days per week (Monday-Friday)- 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Every other Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- + Every other holiday
No experience required! We'll train the right candidate.
