The role involves providing specialized care for adult patients with complex needs, including post-operative management, drains, monitoring flaps, tracheostomy and total laryngectomy care, and other advanced procedures, within the ENT and Plastic Surgery units. Job Details Position Description: RN/MS, with start date of 11/23/2026, working days shifts. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, BSN. Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Locations: The position is based at a short-term acute care facility, with no facility or employer names specified. Experience: 2 years of clinical experience required; will consider candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Level I or teaching facilities. Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, commencing on 11/23/2026 and ending on 02/22/2027. Required Skills: Managing drains, monitoring flaps post-op, tracheostomy/total laryngectomy care, tube feeding, phlebotomy, IV access, central line management, telemetry, wound care, and more.
