Role Overview

The Infrastructure team is seeking a Vice President to support the sourcing, execution, and portfolio management of infrastructure investments across core, core-plus, and value-add strategies. The VP will play a hands-on role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior deal team members and portfolio company management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Execution

• Lead and support all aspects of the investment process, including:
• Deal sourcing and screening
• Financial modeling and valuation
• Commercial, technical, regulatory, ESG, and legal diligence
• Transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution
• Prepare and present investment materials for internal review and Investment Committee.

Portfolio Management

• Actively support portfolio companies post-close, including:
• Board participation and observer roles
• Strategic initiatives, acquisitions, financings, and exits
• Ongoing performance monitoring and valuation analysis
• Coordinate with internal partners (Capital Markets, ESG, Risk, Legal, Operations).

Market & Sector Work

• Develop deep expertise across infrastructure subsectors (e.g., energy transition, power, utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure).
• Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
• Support thematic research and proactive sourcing initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and oversee Associates and Analysts.
• Work collaboratively across global Infrastructure and Alternatives teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7–10+ years of total experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, energy/transition investing, or related sectors.
• Prior experience at:
• Infrastructure private equity or infrastructure credit funds
• Private equity funds with strong infrastructure exposure
• Investment banking (Infrastructure / Power / Energy / Sponsors), with buyside experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience across:
• Full-cycle investing (sourcing → execution → portfolio management)
• Complex financial modeling and structuring
• Investment Committee materials and senior-level presentations
• Strong understanding of:
• Project finance and cash-flow-based assets
• Regulatory frameworks and long-duration assets
• Outstanding analytical, judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and "play up" in a lean deal team environment.

Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150,000-$300,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
