Collections Supervisor

Overview Collections Supervisor in Stoughton, MA. On-site 5 days a week. Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities Drive collections performance by analyzing aging reports and prioritizing high-risk accounts to reduce delinquency Execute and refine collection strategies to improve cash flow and lower Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) Manage customer relationships by resolving overdue balances, negotiating payment plans, and handling disputes Lead and support team operations by guiding daily workflow and mentoring junior collections staff Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity strongly preferred Strong understanding of collections processes Compensation and Additional Details Compensation: 65–75K For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Kyle McCombe at View email address on click.appcast.io
