Senior Customer Success Engineer

Virtual Vocations Inc

Owning the technical customer relationship for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise and Commercial Named accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Engineer will guide customers through activation, adoption, optimization, and renewal, while developing tailored Customer Success Plans and leveraging deep expertise across the Veeam portfolio in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build and advance tailored Customer Success Plans aligned to each customer's business objectives and success criteria Conduct health assessments and solution adoption planning to improve customer resilience and recovery readiness Monitor customer health signals and adoption trends to proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles focused on data protection and recovery technologies Strong technical expertise across backup and recovery, virtualization, and cloud platforms Proven ability to translate customer business objectives into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders VMCE certification required or to be obtained within an agreed-upon timeframe following hire
