A facility located near Tucson, Arizona is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join their team! See below for more details.
- $93,000-$130,000 annual
- Full-Time Opportunity – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance Available!
- Day shift | 5x8s | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Potential Weekends
- Flexible PRN Position Also Available!
Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity:
- Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily management of the therapy team, including supervising therapist assistants and technicians, staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient treatment coverage.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the facility.
- The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care within the licensed discipline, typically accounting for 80% to 90% of work time.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years' discipline-specific or leadership experience required, with no less than 2 years being clinical
- Must hold a current state license or certification in Occupational Therapy
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within first 30 days
- Master’s degree preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience will also be considered
