• $93,000-$130,000 annual

Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity:

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily management of the therapy team, including supervising therapist assistants and technicians, staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient treatment coverage.
  
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the facility.
  
• The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care within the licensed discipline, typically accounting for 80% to 90% of work time.
  

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years' discipline-specific or leadership experience required, with no less than 2 years being clinical
  
• Must hold a current state license or certification in Occupational Therapy
  
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within first 30 days
  
• Master’s degree preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience will also be considered
