Desktop Support/Deployment Technician - Paulsboro, NJ
Job Description:
- Scope of work: PC Deployment and Imaging
- Location: Paulsboro, New Jersey 08066
- Hourly Rate: $22
- Project Dates: 7/28/26 - 9/1/26
- Duration: 5 Weeks
- Start Date: Wednesday 7/29
Available Shifts:6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Final shift assignments will be confirmed during onboarding.
Principal Tasks:
- Preform firmware updates on docking stations
- Device deployment and migration support
- Follow asset-tracking procedures
- Complete project checklist and upgrade documentation
- Provide professional onsite support to end users
- Escalate issues clearly and appropriately when needed
Qualifications:
- Updated Background Check (within the past 12months)
- Updated Drug Screen (within the past 12months)
- 1–3 years of End User Computing (EUC) deployment experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 provisioning and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments (500+ devices preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to execute tasks in a structured and disciplined manner
