Sr Product Compliance Analyst
$83.5k - $129kJobgether
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Product Compliance Analyst based in the United States. The Sr Product Compliance Analyst will play a key role in strengthening regulatory compliance across a broad portfolio of healthcare and employee benefits solutions. This senior-level position combines regulatory expertise, risk assessment, and strategic problem-solving to ensure products and operations meet applicable legal requirements and internal standards. You will lead complex compliance reviews, investigate escalated issues, interpret regulatory guidance, and develop practical corrective actions that protect the organization and its customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you will help embed compliance requirements into business initiatives, operational processes, and third-party relationships. You will also leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, and monitoring while maintaining accountability for decisions and regulatory interpretations. This remote opportunity is suited to a proactive compliance professional who can anticipate emerging risks, influence stakeholders, and build scalable, audit-ready processes in a dynamic regulatory environment.
\n Accountabilities Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Product Compliance program, including policies, procedures, training, monitoring, investigations, reporting frameworks, and productivity initiatives. Apply advanced regulatory judgment to complex compliance questions and escalations, synthesizing relevant facts, regulatory guidance, and supporting evidence into clear, defensible conclusions. Manage appeals, interpret regulatory requirements, and prepare filings, reports, and responses to resolve escalated compliance matters and agency inquiries. Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, reviews, and investigations to identify control weaknesses, evaluate risk exposure, and recommend timely corrective and preventive actions. Support key compliance operations, including Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) reporting, Compliance Change Management (CCM), and complaint investigation and response activities. Conduct nondiscrimination testing, deliver relevant training, and advise clients on related regulatory requirements and compliance questions. Integrate AI-enabled tools and automation into standard compliance workflows to improve analytical efficiency, documentation quality, consistency, and scalability while retaining human accountability for decisions and outputs. Partner with internal stakeholders to incorporate compliance requirements into strategic initiatives, operational changes, and third-party relationships, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and effectively mitigated. Prepare and review compliance reports, leadership briefings, and formal narratives for regulatory or enforcement bodies when required. Maintain accurate compliance logs, records, and documentation, ensuring materials meet established standards and remain ready for audits and reviews. Evaluate existing compliance processes and recommend improvements that strengthen effectiveness, efficiency, and regulatory readiness. Contribute to the annual Compliance Roadmap and broader strategic initiatives by using data, emerging trends, and risk assessments to guide priorities. Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, promote quality standards, and influence compliance outcomes across teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; a master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred. At least seven years of relevant professional experience in risk management, insurance, governance, compliance, auditing, finance, project management, or a related discipline. Previous compliance experience in the healthcare or financial services industries. Deep knowledge of employee benefits compliance and applicable regulatory frameworks, including COBRA, Dependent Care Assistance Programs (DCAPs), Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and relevant federal and state requirements. Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders around compliance objectives. Ability to use AI-enabled tools as part of everyday compliance work to scale analysis, improve documentation, and generate insights while maintaining responsibility for interpretations and final decisions. Strong regulatory judgment, risk management capabilities, and business acumen, with the ability to create scalable, auditable processes that balance compliance obligations with operational needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences. Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching others, establishing quality standards, and influencing outcomes without relying solely on formal authority. Strong customer service orientation combined with professional skepticism, sound judgment, and attention to regulatory detail. Commitment to continuous learning and the ability to stay current with regulatory developments, emerging risks, and evolving compliance technologies. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage, such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Health Savings Account Specialist (HSAS), or Certification in Flexible Compensation (CFC). Benefits: Salary: Annual range of $83,500–$129,000 USD , with actual compensation determined by relevant knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. Performance incentives: Eligibility for performance-based incentives as part of the overall compensation package. Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Health savings support: Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions and matching. Dependent care support: Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) matching. Retirement savings: 401(k) matching. Time off: Uncapped paid time off. Family benefits: Paid parental leave. Financial wellness: Personal and healthcare financial literacy programs. Professional development: Ongoing education opportunities and tuition assistance. Fitness and wellness: Gym and fitness reimbursement, along with wellness program incentives. Remote work: Fully remote position within the United States. Structured onboarding: Participation in an in-person onboarding and training experience held at headquarters once per quarter. Required travel and accommodations are covered. Onboarding may begin with a virtual, self-paced program, followed by a required onsite session. Inclusive workplace: Commitment to equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities. \n How Jobgether works:
