Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Conover, NC

Job Type: Full-Time/Temp to Hire

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires performing manual labor, operating a forklift, and working in a warehouse that can become very hot, especially during warmer months.

• Perform general warehouse and manual labor duties throughout the shift
• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials
• Lift, move, stack, and handle products and materials as needed
• Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Use inventory and ERP systems to accurately update stock and material movements
• Maintain accurate records and complete basic data entry
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support process improvements and efficient warehouse operations
• Work independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Must be comfortable performing physical/manual labor
• Must be able to work in a hot warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and handle warehouse materials regularly
• Must be comfortable operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Must be dependable and able to maintain a steady work pace

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
