Service Assistant Writer Responsibilities:

Schedule customer service appointments

Order parts
Order shop supplies & bill out accordingly
Complete service repair orders
Assist the Service Manager and General Manager

Service Assistant Requirements:

Customer service experience
Automotive customer service is a plus
Good computer skills
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Able to pass a background check & drug screen

Work Hours for Service Assistant:

Monday - Friday 8-5
No nights & weekends!
