About the Role
As a Production Technician Post Production, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finished products in a controlled manufacturing environment. You'll work hands-on with packaging, filling, sealing, and inspection processesensuring every product meets strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.

What You'll Do
- Accurately measure and dispense product into containers, bottles, pouches, and other packaging formats
- Set up, adjust, and monitor sealing equipment to ensure secure, high-integrity packaging
- Inspect finished goods for weight accuracy, fill levels, seal quality, labeling, and appearance
- Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor adjustments to maintain performance
- Record production data including batch numbers, output, downtime, and quality results
- Load packaging materials (containers, caps, lids, etc.) to keep production running smoothly
- Remove defective products and report recurring issues to leadership or maintenance
- Follow strict safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Organize materials to maintain an efficient production flow
- Assist with ingredient mixing while maintaining precise measurements
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean workspace
What You Bring
Required:
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging
- Experience working on production lines or packaging operations
- Ability to operate machinery used in filling and packaging
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to measure accurately (down to milligrams)
- Understanding of basic quality checks and inspection processes
- Familiarity with safety standards and GMP environments
Preferred:
- Experience with filling machines, weigh stations, or sealing equipment
- Experience in food, supplement, pharmaceutical, or chemical production
- Experience mixing ingredients or batch preparation
- Ability to manage and track production data and documentation
- English or Spanish communication skills (bilingual candidates encouraged)
- Willingness to sign an NDA for proprietary processes

Work Schedule & Environment
- Primary Shift: SundayThursday | 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
- Training Period: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (24 weeks)
- Facility: Non-smoking, climate- and moisture-controlled
- PPE Required: Hair nets, coats, gloves, and booties
- Clean, highly organized workspace with strict GMP standards
- Safe handling of supplement products required

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
