Grants Manager

At Pacific Foundation Services (PFS), our Grants Management (GM) team ensures that every grant we administer is handled with precision, care, and integrity. As a Grants Manager, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative and detail-oriented group that supports the full lifecycle of grantmaking — from application and due diligence through payment and reporting. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things carefully and thoughtfully ; someone who values accuracy, organization, and teamwork. You’ll be trusted to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and compliance that keep our clients’ philanthropic work running smoothly, and you’ll play an essential role in ensuring grants are managed efficiently and thoughtfully.
