The Lead Electrophysiology Technologist (EPT) is a cardiovascular or radiologic technologist who is RCES Certified and has completed competencies identified in the Cardiovascular Technologist orientation and functions as a Technologist in addition to LEAD responsibilities as outlined in the job description. The Lead EPT will perform through the utilization of specialized equipment, under the direction of a qualified physician, procedures that include fluoroscopy and digital image capture resulting in the accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart arrhythmias while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree - Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular or radiographic technology.
- Upon hire: National Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, or
- Upon hire: National Certified Electrophysiology Specialist - International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
- 4 years of experience in a cardiovascular laboratory.
- 3 years of Electrophysiology technologist experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
