At Michael Lukacs Agency in Cedar Lake, IN, we've built more than an office — we've built a community. Responsibilities
- Help clients navigate their insurance needs through personal, in-office service
- Build great, lasting relationships with clients and teammates alike
- Offer expert guidance so every client feels secure and satisfied
- Bring energy and positivity to a growth-driven team culture
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective strategies and customer engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company products to deliver up-to-date information and maintain competitive edge.
Requirements
- Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working face-to-face in an on-site role
- Sales experience preferred
