Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, organization, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, and developing practical experience in event coordination and promotions. Responsibilities Assist with planning and organizing promotional events and activities. Help coordinate event schedules and daily event responsibilities. Support event setup, preparation, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and create a positive customer experience. Assist with promotional presentations and customer engagement activities. Support lead generation and customer outreach during events. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to the team. Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly. Assist with post-event customer follow-up activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous event, promotions, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
