Supervisor, Production

The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) is a leading integrated producer of concentrated phosphate and potash. Production Supervisor – New Wales Manufacturing Facility Location: New Wales Manufacturing Facility, Mosaic, Lithia, Florida. Responsibilities Maintain safe and environmentally sound operating conditions within equipment design parameters. Lead, schedule, coach, train, and develop hourly employees, emphasizing safety and environmental standards. Facilitate communication between hourly employees and management to ensure efficient rail operations, product quality, resource allocation, safety, and environmental compliance. Collaborate with operations and maintenance to troubleshoot and address problems in the plant, maximizing product and raw material flow and safety. Assist in the implementation of process improvements or capital projects. Conduct audits and inspections, and review and authorize work permits. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 2‑year technical program graduate with 2+ years of experience. Technical or engineering bachelor’s degree with at least 1+ year of relevant experience strongly preferred. Step‑up, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred. Industrial, chemical, or supervisory experience is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Maximo, PI, OIS, Kroons is a plus.
