Data Entry Clerk

Clerk PositionYou will work alongside three other clerks in the office. This role involves fast-paced daily tasks such as data entry, back-office support, and answering customer calls. A variety of activities will be carried out by the candidate on a daily basis.Roles And ResponsibilitiesUnder general supervision, performs clerical work pertaining to all areas of the division's operating and commercial functions. Arranges posts, compiles, and computes data for regular and special reports. Types information on forms and records. Prepares orders for purchasing and maintains records of same. Answers customer inquiries both verbal and written; utilized the Customer Information Control System to electronically generate work orders as delineated in the Divisional CRT Utilization Procedures; contacts customers for arrangement of collection of amounts overdue and accept receipts.Minimum QualificationsProvided back-office support including data entry, payroll, invoicing, letter writing, appointment scheduling, phone answering, and customer payment booth support.
