As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors.

This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and apply critical thinking.
• Sound organizational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Build effective relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Administrator position is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Property Administrator position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour]. The compensation yield to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
