Medical Doctor/Physician for Clinical Research

2 weeks per month -- 8 hrs of patient care daily plus overnight call
12 - 16 patient encounters per shift
Inpatient rehab facility
0 - 2 admissions per shift
Post-acute care -- strokes, cardiac events, accidents, and more
Call response time required within 30 minutes
Rounding on assigned patients -- fewer than 3 phone consults on average
