Job Description

Hey Perris drivers! Ever feel like you're spending more time looking at the highway lines than your own family? If you're ready to hang up your keys at the end of every shift and sleep in your own bed, we have a fantastic Home Daily driving position waiting for you right here in Perris, CA.

At Truckers New Lane, we do things a bit differently. We aren't just trying to fill a seat to get a commission. Our role is simple: we connect drivers to opportunities matching their lifestyle, career goals, and home-time needs -- not just a paycheck. We want to hear your story! We invite you to share your experience and what you're looking for so we can find your perfect match.

This is a Full-time position. Let's talk numbers and perks. Depending on your experience, the annual pay range is $52,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

Since we partner with top-tier carriers, you can look forward to excellent benefits:

- Comprehensive benefits packages

- 401(k) programs (available with many carriers)

- Paid time off & performance incentives (offered by many carriers)

- Late-model equipment

- Dedicated & local driving opportunities

- Career growth opportunities

Whether you are a seasoned veteran or just starting out, we want to hear from you. Here are the minimum qualifications:

- Valid Class CDL-A

- New CDL-A graduates welcome

- Drivers with 3+ months of experience encouraged to apply

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen

Just a quick heads-up: compensation varies by carrier, location, driving experience, endorsements, and position; pay ranges are estimates only and subject to change; final pay, benefits, hiring requirements, and employment decisions are determined solely by the hiring carrier, not Truckers New Lane.
