Bartender/ServerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Bartender/Server to join our team at our establishment located at 1200 East Cary Street, Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and serving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.Take customer orders and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.Assist in the setup and breakdown of events.Qualifications:Proven experience as a bartender and server.Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be at least 21 years of age.TIPS or similar alcohol training certification preferred.Skills:Excellent customer serviceStrong communicationMultitaskingCash handlingTeamworkAttention to detailKnowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
