Director of GTM Systems

Leading the Revenue Operations systems function, the full-time remote Director of GTM Systems and Applied AI will manage the non-Salesforce tech stack, drive the GTM AI roadmap, and oversee a high-performing team while actively developing AI workflows. Key responsibilities Own the architecture, configuration, and governance of all non-Salesforce platforms Serve as the GTM business owner for CRM requirements and partner with IT to prioritize the RevOps backlog Direct GTM AI Engineers in building custom workflows and establish standards for AI governance and integration Required qualifications 7+ years in GTM systems, sales operations, or revenue operations with hands-on and leadership experience Strong Salesforce fluency as a business stakeholder and power user Experience managing technical teams and providing technical direction Direct hands-on experience with core technologies such as Gong, ZoomInfo, or Openprise Demonstrated track record of deploying AI or automation in a GTM context
