Review guests' maintenance needs and clearly explain recommended services. Prepare repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with the service technicians to ensure timely service completion. Monitor the status of vehicles and keep guests informed throughout the process. Ensure an outstanding guest experience by addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to reflect Bergstrom's standards of excellence. Schedule Full Time Tuesday - Saturday Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Who We're Looking For Annual pay averaging $45,000+ year based on $17.00/hour plus a monthly performance based bonuses. Have a passion for providing exceptional guest service. Enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions. Bring a positive, upbeat attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. Are comfortable recommending products and services that genuinely benefit the customer. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and managing multiple priorities. Are dependable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow your career. Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Have automotive knowledge (a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training!). Looking for people who enjoy helping others!
