  • Bill Rate: $90 per hour for a 13-week assignment only; $87 per hour for 26-week assignments
  • Submission requirements: Candidates with recent perm/PRN work at the same organization within the last year are not eligible to reapply until one year of separation.
  • Candidates with previous travel or perm/PRN work more than one year prior to submission should consult the designated contact for eligibility.
  • Credentialing requirements: Contract quality assurance with experience in setting equipment.
  • OT Bill: 1.5 times the regular bill rate for overtime.
  • Billing Cycle: Weekly
  • Notice: 30 days
  • Parking: Will be provided during the first day of employment
  • Dress Code: Will be provided during the first day of employment
