About the Opportunity MCL Talent Partners is recruiting for a premier organization expanding in the Cape Girardeau / Jackson area. Sell voluntary workplace benefits (short-term disability, accident, critical illness, life insurance) through B2B face-to-face meetings with local business owners — no door-to-door or retail sales.

Ideal for driven professionals from supervisory, warehouse, restaurant, or retail management backgrounds who want control over their income and schedule.

Daily Responsibilities

• Meet business owners and decision-makers for benefit consultations.
• Build and manage a book of long-term client relationships.
• Present programs and support employee enrollments.
• Track progress with modern CRM tools.

Who We're Looking For

• Leadership or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communicators who are self-motivated and coachable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• No prior insurance experience needed.

Compensation Support

• 100% performance-driven uncapped commissions.
• Realistic first-year earnings: $49K–$89K+ depending on production.
• Predictable Monday–Friday daytime hours.
• 1-on-1 mentorship and licensing/training
