Join our team as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. With your high energy and enthusiasm, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Train, motivate, and lead the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards Manage and track inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Assist in scheduling and allocating resources efficiently Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and resolve any issues Uphold safety and sanitation standards, promoting a healthy work environment Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members 2 years prior housekeeping experience Read, write and speak English fluently The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity High school math level required Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
