ICU Clinical Nurse

This position involves providing direct patient care within the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, adhering to established standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, evaluating physical and psychosocial needs, and communicating effectively across the care continuum. Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Licenses & Certifications: RN license; ACLS certification preferred
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
• Preferred: ICU experience and BSN degree
