Cyber Security Analyst II (Pleno)

Missão da área: Elevar a maturidade de Observabilidade e Segurança da organização, garantindo alta disponibilidade, resiliência e proteção dos ambientes corporativos. Atuar como agente de inovação nas operações de NOC/SOC, utilizando IA e automação para transformar a forma como monitoramos, detectamos e respondemos a ameaças, fortalecendo a confiabilidade e a segurança operacional do negócio. Aqui suas responsabilidades serão: Liderar a evolução das práticas de Observabilidade e Segurança, garantindo alta disponibilidade, resiliência e proteção dos ambientes corporativos; Projetar, implementar e aprimorar arquiteturas de monitoramento, observabilidade e detecção de ameaças, definindo métricas, indicadores, dashboards, alertas e estratégias de correlação; Atuar como referência técnica na investigação e resposta a incidentes complexos de infraestrutura, aplicações, cloud e segurança; Coordenar o ciclo completo de gerenciamento de incidentes críticos, desde a detecção até análises pós-incidente (Post-Mortem), promovendo melhoria contínua e redução de recorrências; Desenvolver automações, integrações e fluxos inteligentes para otimizar processos operacionais, reduzir esforço manual e aumentar a eficiência do NOC/SOC; Liderar iniciativas de adoção de Inteligência Artificial, IA Generativa e Agentes Autônomos aplicados à observabilidade, detecção de ameaças, investigação, análise e resposta a incidentes; Trabalhar em parceria com equipes de Desenvolvimento, Plataforma, Cloud, Infraestrutura e Segurança para fortalecer a cultura de confiabilidade operacional. Qualificações que você precisa ter: Experiência sólida em ambientes de NOC, SOC, SRE, Engenharia de Confiabilidade, Observabilidade ou Operações de Segurança; Domínio de ferramentas de observabilidade de mercado, incluindo monitoramento de aplicações, infraestrutura, logs, traces e experiência do usuário; Domínio de ferramentas de segurança e operação de SOC, incluindo monitoramento, correlação de eventos, investigação e resposta a incidentes; Experiência avançada com plataformas SIEM, criação de regras de correlação, casos de uso, tuning e análise de eventos; Conhecimento prático de ambientes Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP), incluindo arquitetura, monitoramento, segurança e troubleshooting; Experiência em automação utilizando linguagens de programação ou scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash ou similares); Vivência na construção ou utilização de soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial, IA Generativa, LLMs, Agentes Autônomos ou automações inteligentes; Perfil analítico, investigativo e orientado à resolução de problemas complexos; Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização. Habilidades que são diferenciais: Experiência comprovada na construção de agentes de IA aplicados a operações de NOC, SOC, observabilidade ou resposta a incidentes; Experiência com plataformas como New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Elastic, Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike ou similares; Conhecimento em práticas SRE, Chaos Engineering, AIOps ou engenharia de plataformas; Experiência com SOAR e automação de resposta a incidentes; Certificações em Cloud, Observabilidade, Segurança, IA ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em ambientes de alta criticidade, operações 24x7 e gestão de crises.
