Specialist, Fund Reporting II

Associate, Regulatory Reporting We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Regulatory Reporting to join our Fund Reporting team. This role is located in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate drafts of regulatory filings for submission to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and National Futures Association on the client's behalf. Prepare or review uploads, GAAP adjustments, or reconciliations to create an initial draft of regulatory filing. Liase with appropriate external and internal parties regarding team deliverables and information needed to produce regulatory filings. Prepare accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Review and submit approved filing to the regulator by the quarterly deadline. Support initiatives to transform existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3+ years of relevant work experience required; 4 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in regulatory and/or financial reporting for investment companies (mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, etc.) required. Experience in handling Form PF and/or CPO-PQR is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Confluence Unity (NXT) for preparing, reviewing, and publishing financial/regulatory reports is preferred. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Compensation – The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $86,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short-term and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefit programs.
