We have become a multibillion-dollar asset manager, and we have ambitious goals for the future.As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Experience (DevEx) team within Software Platform, you will design and evolve the core development platform that enables engineers to build, test, deploy, and maintain software quickly and reliably across the company. The team owns the systems, standards, and tooling that power the software development lifecycle — build systems, CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and deployment automation.Operating at the center of how the whole engineering org ships code, this is a high-leverage area: the tools you build directly shape the speed, reliability, and quality with which every team at the firm delivers software.You will partner closely with application engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and ML research teams to reduce friction in common development tasks, standardize workflows, and modernize tooling — enabling engineers and researchers to focus on domain-specific work rather than infrastructure plumbing.
