Overview

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Production Workers to join our team at our facility located in Cudahy, WI, 53221. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Assist in the assembly and packaging of products.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience with at least one; forklift, machine operation, or assembly
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
