Assistant Store ManagerThe Assistant Store Manager (ASM) partners with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team engagement while delivering an elevated luxury consumer experience. This role leads by example on the sales floor, supports day-to-day store operations, and develops team capability through coaching and performance accountability.The ASM serves as Leader on Duty (LOD) when assigned and is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, employee performance, customer experience, and operational execution in alignment with Lucchese standards and company policies.The Assistant Store Manager supports total store performance and is responsible for driving results across people, operations, and customer experience. This role has supervisory responsibility for supporting employee performance, operational execution, customer experience, and daily store leadership activities. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
