The B2B Collections Specialist will play a key role in maintaining cash flow while contributing to a reliable and efficient AR function.Key Responsibilities of the B2B Collections Specialist:Manage a portfolio of commercial, wholesale, and retail accounts, conducting proactive outreach on past-due balancesReview AR aging reports, monitor credit limits and payment terms, and identify higher-risk accounts to support DSO reductionInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies such as short payments, pricing differences, tax issues, and PO mismatchesCommunicate with business customers via phone and email regarding account status, statements, and reconciliationsPartner with cross-functional teams while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of collection activityQualifications for the B2B Collections Specialist:Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B collections or accounts receivableWorking knowledge of purchase orders, payment terms (NET), chargebacks, credits, reconciliations, and customer portalsStrong communication skills along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
