Winchester has a long commercial manufacturing track record, having launched 100+ products and producing billions of tablets and capsules annually, making it a critical site within Catalent’s oral dose network.Position SummaryWe have an opportunity for a Manager, Reliability Engineering, Automation and Capital Projects to join our team. In this role, you will lead the site reliability engineering and automation team, ensuring equipment reliability, process improvements, and metric development. You will also guide process teams and manage day-to-day activities of process engineers.
