You'll also enjoy a flexible part-time contract schedule and the potential for this opportunity to become a recurring annual position.THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOROur ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:Experience teaching English to Spanish-speaking individualsPrevious teaching or instructional experienceAbility to teach practical, job-related English communication skillsStrong verbal and interpersonal communication skillsBeing bilingual in Spanish and English, having ESL teaching experience, and professional teaching experience are preferred.If you can meet the requirements above, keep reading to find out what your day entails!YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ENGLISH TUTOR - ESL INSTRUCTORThis contract, part-time, seasonal position runs from mid-December through March, averaging approximately 20 hours per week across 2-3 days per week, with shifts scheduled during normal business hours and the potential to become a recurring annual opportunity.As our part-time English Tutor - ESL Instructor, you'll work directly with our Spanish-speaking employees, helping them develop the practical English skills they need to confidently interact with customers in the field. Throughout each session, you'll teach conversational English, guide employees through common customer interactions, and introduce vocabulary related to service work, repairs, and replacements.
