Key Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
• Review vehicle damage and identify all necessary repairs to ensure complete and accurate estimates.
• Communicate with customers regarding the repair process, timelines, and insurance claim status.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates and supplements.
• Coordinate with technicians and production staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Prepare and submit supplements when additional damage is discovered during repairs.
• Ensure all repair orders, estimates, and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Verify parts availability and coordinate with the parts department to minimize repair delays. 
• Maintain compliance with OEM repair procedures, insurance guidelines, and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Assist with final vehicle delivery and review completed repairs with customers.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Body Estimator, or similar role required.
• Experience in an automotive collision repair facility preferred.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.
• Knowledge of vehicle construction, collision repair procedures, and insurance claims processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple repair files in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
