L earn new skills, build your career Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred 3+ years of customer service or inbound customer support experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through skills Prior experience in an inside sales or customer service role preferred Semiconductor or technical/manufacturing industry experience a plus Job Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account support Respond to product-related requests, including quotes, samples, technical questions, and backlog updates Prepare accurate and profitable quotations following established procedures Proactively follow up on sales opportunities and maintain detailed status updates Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong customer satisfaction and seamless communication Maintain accurate and current quote histories, documentation, and follow-up records Support monthly and quarterly booking goals through order conversion and customer engagement Attend production meetings and communicate customer commitments and requirements Track and drive orders through production to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) "Always keeping in touch.
