Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner - Local Services (US)

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Local Services (San Jose) to lead full-cycle recruitment across Sales and Marketing for the US market. You’ll partner with leaders to design hiring strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and drive world-class candidate experiences.

You will collaborate across HR and business functions, leveraging market data to forecast needs and improve processes, while scaling the Local Services organization in a fast-growing tech environment.
