Part time Teller

Position Overview As a Part‑time Teller within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Montezuma, GA. The role is in‑office and requires employees to work collaboratively within the branch. The position does not provide visa sponsorship or STEM OPT. Job Description Deliver a unique customer experience focused on financial wellbeing and loyalty. Process a variety of customer interactions, educating on available products and services. Identify banking opportunities and refer customers to appropriate branch staff. Engage customers in the lobby to promote PNC products that meet their needs. Use technology and tools to explain options for managing financial transactions. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications No university/college degree required; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent acceptable. Prior experience in banking or customer service not required; comparable education and experience considered. Competencies include customer focus, risk management, accuracy and attention to detail, and problem solving. Preferred skills: accountability, client loyalty, customer experience, technology leveraging, proactive sales, fraud detection, managing multiple priorities, effective communication.
