Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations, leveraging standardized tools and interviews to accurately determine clients' mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating clients' specific goals and preferences into therapy approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual therapy sessions for adults, focusing on delivering tailored, solution-oriented interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will primarily involve working with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
