Technician Ops Tech Lead Pharmacist | Contract (Full-Time)

Location: Arizona 85542
Pay: $2,837 – $3,175/week

Schedule:

• Full-Time (5x8-hour shifts)

• Flexible days and hours (may include 8–10 hour shifts)

• Must be available across varying schedules as needed

• Local candidates preferred

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery

• Oversee staff performance, training, and workflow management

• Manage dispensing systems, inventory, and purchasing processes

• Support policy development, quality improvement, and operational reporting

• Ensure accuracy in medication dispensing and documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and departmental goals

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license (Arizona preferred)

• BLS Certification (required within 90 days of hire)

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD (PharmD preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience , including 2 years in a management/lead role

• Hospital pharmacy experience required

• Residency (PGY1) preferred

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians and operations

• Experience with pharmacy systems, inventory management, and workflow optimization

• Ability to administer immunizations/vaccines (preferred)

• Process improvement and quality assurance experience
