McGuire Builders, Inc. is a leading Southern California construction company specializing in hospitality construction, tenant improvements (TI), and restaurant and hotel projects. - Oversee all phases of construction projects on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
- Conduct quality control checks to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to project managers and senior leadership.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in tenant improvement, hotel and restaurant construction/renovations.
- Proficiency in Procore (required) and familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, construction methods, and safety regulations in California.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites across Southern California.
