Location 200 E 5TH ST N., Burley, ID, 83318 Job Overview Assistant Manager – responsible for assisting the operation of a single store, hiring, managing associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3‑plus‑week store leadership training program will be provided. Responsibilities Assist in the operation of a single store. Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exemplary guest experiences. Drive the store’s success and meet performance metrics. Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Serve Safe certified. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours, reach 36 inches, and work in a fast-paced, high-heat, high‑noise kitchen and dining environment.
