Jennie Joiner with the Forum Group PNW is partnering with a well-established, mission-driven organization to find an experienced HR Manager for a growing leadership team in the Eugene area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on HR professional who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and enjoys supporting employees, managers, and organizational operations in meaningful ways. This organization operates 24/7 and supports a workforce across two locations. The HR team plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting employee relations, onboarding and retention efforts, and helping foster a positive and accountable workplace culture. The company has been making significant positive changes internally and is looking for an HR leader who wants to be part of continued growth and improvement. The organization is looking for a strong HR Manager and people leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting managers, and keeping processes running smoothly in a high‑volume environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support daily HR operations including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, corrective actions, benefits administration, and compliance Supervise and support two HR team members Partner with managers on staffing needs, employee concerns, investigations, policy interpretation, and performance issues Maintain compliance with employment laws, HR best practices, and audit requirements Oversee employee files, credentialing, training compliance, and HR documentation Support workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, ACA reporting, and benefits administration Collaborate closely with payroll and finance teams Assist with supervisor training, employee accountability, and HR process improvements Track and analyze HR metrics including turnover, employee utilization, and staffing trends What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience Prior leadership or management experience within HR Experience working in high‑turnover or fast‑paced environments strongly preferred Strong employee relations, investigations, and compliance background Someone who is action‑oriented, approachable, organized, and confident handling difficult conversations A leader who is collaborative, supportive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with people‑focused HR work Work Environment & Culture Primarily onsite role with some flexibility to work from home when needed Potential hybrid flexibility (1 remote day per week) for the right candidate Business casual environment Leadership team values individuals who are hands‑on, adaptable, and team‑oriented Positive culture improvements and organizational growth underway Compensation & Benefits Bonus opportunities including annual holiday and anniversary bonuses Strong PTO package with flexibility 11 paid holidays plus birthday off 100% employer‑paid employee medical coverage 3% retirement match If you are an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact, support a mission‑driven organization, and be part of a collaborative leadership team, reach out to Jennie Joiner or apply online today to find out more! #J-18808-Ljbffr
