Operations Manager

Responsibilities Oversee safe, clean, and efficient receiving, order filling, and shipping operations Monitor loads to ensure merchandise is loaded according to quality and stability standards Establish and monitor daily selecting and loading schedules Manage and coordinate the receipt, unloading, and checking of merchandise Ensure accuracy and safety through enforcement of company standards Manage the development, implementation, and administration of operational policies and programs Share information and anticipate communication needs of distribution center associates Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of five (5) years of distribution center management or operations experience, or equivalent Good working knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as AS400 Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in distribution center management, including overseeing operations, ensuring safety and accuracy, and implementing operational policies.
