The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of solar energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This position will involve close collaboration with engineers, installers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional solar solutions for our customers. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee solar projects from planning to completion, ensuring everything is on time and within budget. Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to both. Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and addressing any concerns. Quickly resolve any issues or delays during the project lifecycle. Work with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor key metrics such as: Ensure projects are finished as scheduled. Deliver projects on or under budget. Achieve high customer satisfaction and positive feedback. Minimize scope changes during the project. Address problems promptly and efficiently. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 3-5 years managing solar energy or similar technical construction projects. Knowledge of solar energy systems, strong project management, and communication skills. PMP or similar certifications are a plus. Experience with project management and CRM software (e.g., Trello, Salesforce, Asana, etc.) is helpful. Strong ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams. Ability to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.
