Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide administrative support while assisting with communication between English- and Spanish-speaking clients, associates, and staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to office staff and management
• Greet visitors and assist clients in both English and Spanish
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Translate verbal and written communication as needed
• Schedule interviews, appointments, and meetings
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and general office documentation
• Respond to email inquiries and follow up with clients or associates
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
• Support daily front office operations and assist with special projects

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Work Environment:
