Apartment Maintenance Technician | Albuquerque, NM | Full-Time | On-Site Multi-Family Housing | Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour + Bonus Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Sedona Ridge Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $23/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, health insurance, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks of paid time off, and 9 paid holidays. Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ Years of experience in maintenance or equivalent 6+ months of experience in apartment maintenance Drywalling experience, including painting and carpentry Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweating copper pipe preferred Some knowledge of water heaters, both electric and gas Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals. Have good verbal and written communication Problem-solving skills Be able to provide great customer service to our residents A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
