Visit us at to learn more about us. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Copywriter to develop, edit, and maintain user manuals and product documentation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex information into clear, user-friendly content that enhances the customer experience. Responsibilities Review, Re-write, edit, and proofread user manuals, instruction guides, and supporting documentation Translating manuals to multilingual as needed Translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather information Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation Organize and structure content for usability and accessibility Update existing manuals to reflect product changes and improvements Develop visual aids (charts, diagrams, screenshots) in partnership with design teams when needed Maintain documentation standards and style guides Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 yrs of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or documentation development Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience writing user manuals or product documentation Background in electronics a plus Basic understanding of UX writing principles Experience with visual documentation tools or basic graphic editing Benefits and Perks Hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite; 1 day work from home) & early Fridays Generous PTO and paid holidays Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage with FSA or HSA options Discounted life insurance Short and long-term disability insurance Critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance 401K & Profit sharing Team building and Company events NY Pay Transparency The pay range for this position is ($60,000 - $65,000) annually based on skills and experience.
